It has been many weeks, folks – and you can blame it on the death of my MacPro (insert sad face)! It happened during a boat transfer, in a nutshell, while in Belize traveling countrywide for Moon Belize 2017 updates. It was impossible to interrupt my update schedule to return to the USA for a new machine, so I ploughed on computerless for three weeks. I had my iPhone, thank goodness, and my camera. But those notes will now have to be rewritten and it’s going to be a very long December month ahead, as I face TWO book deadlines by mid January and early February. Fun times!
In exciting news, however, I am super pleased to share that my first edition of Moon Dominican Republic is finally released and available for purchase! It’s in stock on Amazon and in USA bookstores. This is actually a first edition: written from scratch by me, and also filled with my best Dominican Republic photography.
I received this first feedback in my inbox this week:
“Great job on your book on the Dominican Republic. Got my copy last week. I have been to the Dominican Republic 7 times in the past 5 years and there are so many things I have not seen that you brought to life. You have amazing detail in your guide and so many vibrant pictures. Outstanding job.” – Z. G.
I will be heading stateside soon to gather my author copies and bring them back to the Dominican Republic next month. Want an autographed copy? Inbox me.
In the meantime, stay happy and don’t let the US elections get you down. Book that trip to the Caribbean, and come explore with me.
