7-Day Visibility Sprint

FOR TRAVEL LEADERS & FOUNDERS

You’re making an impact in tourism. But your message isn’t landing.

In 7 days, we sharpen how you describe your work — so media, partners, and the right audiences understand why it matters.

First 5 clients: $850 beta rate. Regular price $2,500.
Delivered in limited weekly slots.

  • You feel overlooked despite doing meaningful work in tourism
  • Your pitches, website, or content feel clear to you — but they are not getting a response
  • You sound like everyone else in “sustainable tourism”
  • You’re ready to fix your lack of visibility — before your next launch, pitch, award submission or partnership opportunity

The problem is almost never the work.
It’s almost always the story.

Not long ago, I was on a call with a tourism leader doing work that deserved a profile story.

But when I initially asked her to describe what she does — she sounded like a press release.

Sustainable.
Transformative.
Disruptive.
Leaving the place better off.

If this had been a real interview for a major media outlet?
Her quotes would have been unusable, despite landing the opportunity.

In an industry flooded with “authentic,” “immersive,” “community-led” or “sustainable”
— the leaders cutting through are the ones who can say something specific,
honest and human that could only be about them.

Through a series of conversations, and an audit, we uncovered what my client wasn’t saying
—what actually made her work in conscious tourism different.
She found her voice, and went on to win a major women’s travel leadership award. True story.

That’s what the 7-Day Visibility Sprint with me will help you do:
get clear on what’s not landing—and what to say instead.

I’ve been on both sides—pitching stories and receiving them for outlets like Bloomberg and Skift.
I know what lands. I also know what gets passed over.

WHO THIS IS FOR
  • You run a cultural heritage tourism business, adventure tour company, or a conscious travel brand.
  • You’re responsible for how your organization or company tells its story.
  • You know something’s wrong with your narrative but can’t name it.
  • You’re a solo founder or entrepreneur committed to ethical, meaningful tourism.

“You brought my story to the front in a powerful way.  My voice is sharper, more quotable, and genuinely mine.”

WHY WORK WITH ME

Frequently Asked Questions

What you need to know to get started.

Just yourself and honesty. You’ll submit materials before our call that relate to the specific help you need (for example: website, bio, recent pitches, and some marketing copy—maximum 5 major sources), and I’ll do the audit. Come ready to talk about why you built what you built — the real reason, not the polished version.
All of it, of course, remains private but recorded for you to review again later.

Two things:
(1) Your current materials — website, bio, recent press coverage, social content, anything showing how you currently talk about your work. Send five major examples for the specific project or specific goal.

(2) A 2-question intake form I’ll send you: “What’s your biggest visibility challenge?” and “What part of your story do you think you’re not telling?”

That’s completely normal. Most clients know something’s off with their narrative but can’t name it. That’s exactly what the sprint diagnoses. In our first call, we’ll figure it out together.

No. This is narrative work — we look at how your story actually comes through to anyone, including media, partners and audiences. It’s a focused, high-touch diagnostic, not a done-for-you PR service. Speaking opportunities, collaborations, and media coverage — all of it flows from a clear narrative. Results will also depend on your full participation and implementation.

No. This isn’t a PR service. What you get is the narrative and positioning so you (or your PR team) can pitch with something actually worth saying. The difference is huge.

I’ll send you the intake form and a list of materials to gather. You’ll have 48 hours to submit everything. Once I review it, we’ll schedule your 60-minute call within the following 7 days, per our respective schedules.

You’ll have a Visibility Brief — your narrative audit, three positioning angles, your strongest hook, and three next moves. From there, you can either implement on your own or we can talk about ongoing coaching through my CEO Media Lab (separate engagement).
